would like to introduce a female mentorship program between high school students and current female medical students. This program focuses on creating strong relationships, building leadership skills and improving confidence for high school students interested in the STEM fields. Our goal is to empower female students to work toward their future career goals in healthcare and to provide them with the resources to do so. Through mentorship, we hope to build supportive relationships that will nurture both individual and professional growth.
