Avari is also a leader in athletics, serving as a four-year varsity captain of the Kenston Volleyball team. Through her involvement in the volleyball program, she has organized toy drives, helped run volleyball camps, and served as a mentor to younger players in the sport. One of her proudest athletic accomplishments came after countless hours of practice, games, and tournaments, when she committed to play volleyball at a Division 1 program.

In addition, Avari was instrumental in bringing the Kenston Girls and Women in Sports Night back to Kenston alongside fellow athletes Grace Gettig and Morgan Cicek. Sports have played an important role in her life and have helped shape the athlete she is today. She believes it is important to give back to the community and support and inspire the next generation of female athletes in their athletic journey.

Looking ahead, Avari plans to attend Stony Brook University on Long Island to study Biology on a Pre-Med track while competing on their Division 1 volleyball team.
