Kenston Schools is proud to share about a great experience our highschool students had in Mr. Murphy’s business class. Business students had a unique opportunity to learn directly from a successful entrepreneur during a live Zoom presentation with Dr. Juan Salinas, founder of the healthy snack brand P-Nuff Crunch.
Dr. Salinas, whose company gained national attention after appearing on the television show Shark Tank, spoke to students about his journey from idea to successful product. During the presentation, he shared how he created P-Nuff Crunch, a protein-packed peanut puff snack designed to be both nutritious and delicious.
Beyond the television spotlight, Dr. Salinas focused much of his talk on entrepreneurship, perseverance, and innovation. He encouraged students to pursue their ideas, take calculated risks, and learn from challenges along the way. He also discussed the importance of market research, branding, and believing in your product.
Students were able to ask questions and gain a deeper understanding of what it takes to turn an idea into a successful brand. Experiences like this help connect classroom learning with real-world applications, making business education more engaging and meaningful for students.
